Yonder Alonso Heading To DL

According to Kris Budden of FOX Sports San Diego, San Diego Padres first baseman Yonder Alonso will be heading for the disabled list.
Yonder Alonso will go to 15-DL and Padres will recall Abraham Almonte. Move will be official tomorrow.

Alonso suffered an shoulder injury during the Padres 11-0 loss on Thursday night. He received an MRI that showed a bone bruise.
Alonso did miss sometime last season due to a shoulder injury and Padres fans are hoping that this a short term stint on the DL.
Wil Myers got the start at first base for Alonso yesterday.
