Yasiel Puig Continues To Struggle With Hamstring

Yasiel Puig left Friday’s win over the San Diego Padres in the 6th inning due to his hamstring injuries. Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reported some details of the injury.

Puig is off to a slow start and the hamstring injury doesn’t help the cause whatsoever. J.P. Hoornsta of the Los Angeles News Group that Puig was limping in the locker room after the game.

The Dodgers have Andre Ethier who can fill in for Puig and he will most likely sit out of tomorrow night’s game as a precautionary measure. There is no need risk further injury this early in the season but this may be a voice of concern going further down in the season.
