Unbeaten Warriors Head To Los Angeles To Take On Clippers
- Updated: November 19, 2015
The unbeaten Golden State Warriors travel to Los Angeles To take on the Clippers tonight. The Clippers and Warriors met earlier this season with the Warriors barely holding on.
Golden State is off an excellent start as they are 12-0. The Clippers come into the game banged up with injuries and playing inconsistent basketball.
Reigning MVP Stephen Curry is averaging close to 34 points a game this year. Chris Paul is listed as doubtful for tonight’s game as of now. If Paul is unable to go Austin Rivers will get the start and have the responsibility of guarding the MVP.
Rivers said his goal was to make the All-NBA first team defense or second team this season. He’ll get that test tonight. J.J. Redick is expected to be out tonight as well. Jamal Crawford is expected to start in his spot tonight.
Crawford who is not known as a defender will have to try and stay in front of Klay Thompson and his sharpshooting. DeAndre Jordan will need to anchor the defense not more than ever.
It will be an extreme test for the Clippers as they look to give the Warriors their first loss of the season.
