Tyson Ross To Be Re-Evaluated In Two Weeks

‏@LosPadres

According to Dennis Lin of the San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Padres pitcher Tyson Ross will not need surgery on his shoulder and will be re-evaluated in two weeks.

AJ Cassavell of MLB.com also reported the news.

This is good news for the Padres as Ross will not need the surgery. In his one start this year Ross struggled posting an 11.81 ERA.

San Diego is hoping to get a lot out of Ross this season. Last season he posted a 10-12 record in a career high 33 starts. He also almost hit the 200 inning mark for the first time in his career.

As more information surfaces on Ross and his injury we will keep you up to date.
