Tre Mason Was Admitted For Evaluation In Late July
- Updated: August 3, 2016
Los Angeles Rams running Tre Mason whom the team has not heard from was “admitted for evaluation” to a hospital in late July after his mother called police saying Mason was acting strangely.
Rams officials said over the weekend they have been trying to get in contact with Mason several times who was arrested in March with charges of reckless driving, marijuana possession and resisting arrest.
In the recent police report, Mason told officers “that he was going to call the white house and we are all going to lose our jobs.” And that “the police are responsible for teaching Al-Qaeda how to fly planes.”
At the start of training camp the team placed Mason on the Did Not Report/ Reserve List and Mason currently does not count as a player on the team’s 90-man training camp roster.
TMZ Sports first reported that Mason was admitted for evaluation by police. As more information surfaces on the situation regarding Mason and the Rams offseason news we will keep you up to date.
