San Diego Padres Sign Daniel McCutchen

According to Dennis Lin of U-T San Diego the San Diego Padres have signed Daniel McCutchen to a minor league deal.
The Padres have signed RHP Daniel McCutchen to a minor league contract. McCutchen, 32, made one relief appearance for the Rangers last year.

Daniel McCutchen was drafted in the 13th round of the 2006 MLB draft has been a part of six organizations throughout his career. Originally drafted by the Yankees McCutchen spent most of last season with the Rangers and White Sox in Triple-A.
Daniel McCutchen did however make one appearance in the big leagues last season with the Rangers. He pitched 2 1/3 innings giving up four hits and two earned runs.
McCutchen will get the opportunity to prove himself in the minors and if the performs well he may get a chance at the big leagues.
