Hodges played his college ball in the Ivy league at Harvard University. He went undrafted and spent time with the Indianapolis Colts and Los Angeles Rams.
Although Hodges played well in college many were skeptical due to the level of competition he was going against. He will be able to fit for a roster spot and earn his keep in San Diego.
San Diego will continue their preseason on Friday night against the Arizona Cardinals at Qualcomm Stadium.
