McVay is just 30-years old and played college football and Miami of Ohio. He began his coach career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers as an assistant wide receiver coach.
McVay then moved over to the Florida Tuskers for a year before joining the Washington Redskins in 2010. He started off as an assistant tight ends coach before being promoted to offensive coordinator in 2014.
If McVay was hired as a head coach he would be the youngest in the league. As more information surfaces on the Rams and their coaching search we will keep you up to date.
