Schefter reported furter information.
This off-season alone, Rams now have acquired CBs Aqib Talib, Sam Shields and Marcus Peters. Lots of talent and lots of personality.

Schefter continued.
Aqib Talib wanted to play for Wade Phillips in LA or Bill Belichick in New England; idea of playing elsewhere was not something he found desirable. This helped dictate trade to Rams.

Schefter concluded.
Rams are now officially moving on from their twice-franchised CB Trumaine Johnson.
But it makes financial sense:
Trumaine Johnson made $16.7 million last season.
Aqib Talib and Marcus Peters will make a combined $12.7 million this year.
