The Quest of Luc Robitaille

On Saturday March 7th, the Los Angeles Kings honored the legendary Luc Robitaille with a bronze statue with his likeness. This is only the second hockey related statue to be displayed at the Star Plaza in front of the Staples Center, joining Wayne Gretzky‘s statue which is only a few steps away.  This is yet another major accomplishment in the life and Hall of Fame career of Luc Robitaille but today’s story will be about the one allusive accomplishment that he chased after his whole career … and the quest he went on to attain it.
