Robinson joined Doc Rivers and the Clippers last season after being cut. He dealt with ACL problems and eventually was waived by the Clippers.
The Pelicans needed to add some backcourt help as Jrue Holiday is recovering from a injury. The status of Eric Gordon is always up in the air as he is prone to miss time, and Norris Cole is struggling with an ankle injury.
Robinson known for his athleticism and scoring ability can add some much needed depth to the Pelicans. Some of Nate’s best moments was when he was on the Chicago Bulls filling in for the injured Derrick Rose.
He will bring playoff experience to the Pelicans as they look to improve off their successes last season.
It’s nice to see Nate back in the league.
