Padres Power Past D-Backs 4-2

The San Diego Padres used 2 home runs to beat the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-2 on Monday night. San Diego has won 2 in a row with last night’s victory.
For San Diego Luis Perdomo got the start. He pitched 5.1 innings allowing 4 hits and 2 runs. He walked 6 and struck out 2 as he picked up his 8th win of the year.
On the other side Patrick Corbin got the start. He pitched 5 innings allowing 4 hits and 4 runs, 3 of them earned. He walked 3 and struck out 3 as he picked up his 13th loss of the year.
The offense got started in the when Hunter Renfroe hit a 3-run shot that brought in Wil Myers and Yangervis Solarte. Austin Hedges hit a solo shot of his own in the 2nd inning that pushed the Padres lead to 4-0.
David Peralta got the D-Backs on the board with a RBI single that brought in Chris Herrmann. J.D. Martinez followed with a RBI single that brought in Ketel Marte.
Brad Hand came on in the 9th inning and picked up his 19th save of the year.
