Padres Eying Jake Arrieta

According to Jon Heyman of FanRag Sports, the San Diego Padres are eying free-agent pitcher Jake Arrieta.

Bill Shaikin of the Los Angeles shared his thoughts on Arrieta.

Arrieta has spent the last five years with the Chicago Cubs winning a World Series in 2016. Last season Arrieta posted a 14-10 record with a 3.53 ERA while striking out 163 batters.
