JD – “ What types of films do you currently enjoy?
DP – “I really gotta close these windows. “
JD – “What? Anyways, what type of films did you enjoy while growing up?”
DP – “It wasn’t so much the movie itself but the auditions that got my attention when I was at that “age.”
JD – “Auditions? Wait, are you still talking about … you know… nevermind. What are your thoughts on the Christopher Nolan “Dark Knight Trilogy?”
DP – “In the same class as George Lucas’ Star Wars trilogy except [Nolan} didn’t put any Ewok’s in it, unless you count Maggie Gyllenhaal?”
JD – “Speaking of Star Wars, are you a fan of the prequels?”
DP – “I’m swiping right. “
JD – “Ok guess not! Me neither really. What are your thoughts on the upcoming new films for Star Wars?”
DP – “If Matthew McConaughey and Jodie Foster are in it, I’ll be camping out in front of the theater the night before if you need me!”
JD – “I don’t think that would be Star Wars : The Force Awakens? That sounds more like it would be Contact 2?”
JD – “Back to Batman, what are your thoughts on Ben Affleck as the new Batman in the upcoming DC Universe?”
DP – “I suffered through seeing his genitalia in the last movie. This can’t be much worse. Can’t believe his work in daredevil was a stepping stone to this?”
JD – “I know right? What are your thoughts on the Marvel Comics Cinematic Universe?”
DP – “Hail Hydra!”
JD – “Hail Hydra!”
DP – “Did [Marvel Stuidos} buy daredevil?
JD – “I’m not sure to be honest.”
DP – “Probably not.”
JD – “Final 2 questions, if a biopic was being filmed about you and your career/life, who would you like to play you and direct the film?”
DP – “Swingers” era Vince Vaughn and @DougElin.”
JD – “Who would you want to musically score the film?
DP – “Michael Keaton! I mean Birdman…bird call rrrrrrroooooo!”
