On the Road Again LA Kings Take On Senators
- Updated: December 14, 2015
The LA Kings are on the road again, tonight they take on the Ottawa Senators. Los Angeles is coming off a tough loss to the Buffalo Sabres over the weekend. Our eyes in the sky Jeff Duarte reported that the Kings looked tired from the long road trip.
For the Senators they will get Andrew Hammond back. He has been recalled after his brief conditioning stint. In doing so the club sent Chris Driedger back down to the AHL.
The Senators have a pretty balanced attack. Led by Erik Karlsson and Bobby Ryan they come into tonight’s game with a 15-10-5 record. Karlsson has 6 goals and 26 assists on the season, while Ryan has 9 goals and 19 assists.
In the Kings last game they were outshot tremendously but were still able to walk out with a point as they went into overtime and lost for the first time in three on three hockey.
Jonathan Quick did not play against the Sabres due to rest so Jhonas Enroth got the start. Enroth made 28 saves in the loss. Expect Quick to be back in goal tonight.
