Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Los Angeles Lakers Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: December 19, 2014
The Los Angeles Lakers will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight as they play at home in Los Angeles. The Lakers are coming off of close a loss against the Indiana Pacers.
The Lakers struggled with shooting and in fact their performance against the Pacers was their worst shooting of the season:
“They jumped out to a quick lead on us and we just compounded it that we couldn’t throw the ball in the ocean sitting on a boat,” Kobe Bryant said. “Sometimes you just have to pat yourself on the back for an atrocious job. We didn’t have our legs at the start of the ball game. We just could not get ourselves activated.”
As for the Oklahoma City Thunder, they might be without their superstar Kevin Durant tonight. The five-time All-Star left last nights game against the Golden State Warriors, with a sprained right ankle and X-rays were negative.
“I wanted to play. I wanted go back out there, but we wanted to be cautious,” Durant said. “I was a little nervous, but I knew that when I got up and started walking that it felt good. I just wanted to make sure with the X-ray that everything was good.”
Let’s hope the Los Angeles Lakers can use the likes of Nick Young and Kobe Bryant to get a win over a patchy Oklahoma City.
