Minnesota Wild Sign Chris Stewart

According to Bob Mckenzie of TSN the Minnesota Wild have signed former Anaheim Ducks forward Chris Stewart to a two-year deal worth 2.3 million dollars.

Mike Russo of the Star Tribune spoke to Stewart about his thoughts on the move.

Stewart is a former first round pick of the Colorado Avalanche in the 2006 NHL Draft. He has spent time with the Avalanche, St. Louis Blues, Buffalo Sabers, Wild, and Ducks.
Last season with the Ducks he played in 56 games totaling 20 points, 8 goals and 12 assists. The 28-year old average 10:48 time on the ice.
