Mike Trout Back In Lineup Wednesday

According to Pedro Moura of the Los Angeles Times, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim All-Star outfielder Mike Trout will return to the lineup after missing two games due to neck soreness.

Moura reported the rest of the Angels’ lineup for tonight.
Simmons rests. Lineup: Revere LF, Trout CF, Pujols DH, Calhoun RF, Cron 1B, Valbuena 3B, Pennington SS, Maldonado C, Cowart 2B. Bridwell P.

Trout has been his usual self since returning from the DL and is batting .318 with 26 home runs and 60 RBI’s in just 86 games. Anaheim is currently sitting one game back of the AL Wild card race.
They will need Trout to be healthy and ready to go as they make this final push. They take on the Oakland Athletics tonight at Angels stadium.
