Mike Scifres Inks With Panthers

According to Micheal Gehlken of the San Diego Union-Tribune former San Diego Chargers punter Mike Scifres has signed with the Carolina Panthers.

Scifres is a former fifth round pick of the 2003 NFL Draft. He has spent his entire career with the Chargers before being waived earlier this offseason.
