According to Micheal Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, newly signed center Matt Slauson contract is a two-year deal worth three million dollars.
Chargers’ two-year contract with C Matt Slauson worth $3M base. Can earn another $1.25M in bonuses, escalators via playing time. Win-win.

Reports surfaced that Slauson was going to sign with the team about two weeks ago. The details of the contract surfaced today and it looks like the contract is a win win situation for both sides.
The Chicago Bears released Slauson this offseason and the Chargers looking to better protect their franchise quarterback Philip Rivers jumped on the opportunity to sign the veteran.
San Diego is coming off a rough year and is looking to bounce back with their additions this offseason.
