With Williams not available expect Nick Young, D’Angelo Russell, and Jordan Clarkson see a spike in minutes.
Williams won the Sixth Man of the year last season with the Toronto Raptors and signed with the Lakers this summer.
He has been one of the more consistent players for the Lakers this season. Lakers’ head coach Byron Scott also gave his condolences to Williams and his family. Mark Medina of the L.A. Daily News reported the information.
