Los Angeles Lakers Vs. Washington Wizards Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: December 3, 2014
The Los Angeles Lakers will continue their three game road trip as they take on the Wizards tonight. Tonight’s game will be the second game of a back to back as the Lakers are coming off a win against the Pistons.
Tonight’s matchup will be a tough task for the Lakers as they will need to try to contain John Wall. Wall is currently averaging 18 points and 9 assists this season, so it will be a challenge for Jeremy Lin.
The Wizards are coming off a victory against the Miami Heat Monday night. They play great team basketball as they average 25 assists a game, which ranks 4th in the league.
Although Kobe Bryant dished out 13 assists last night he did have ten turnovers. It will be important for him to protect the ball against this tough Wizards defense.
Bryant struggled in the Pistons game and told ESPN.com this about the game.
“I was tired,” he said. “The first half, I missed a couple of easy ones. The rhythm of the game really wasn’t there. Just paced it out a little bit and came out in the second half and let the game come to me. I made a couple shots and stepped on the gas.”
While the Lakers are 4-0 this season against Eastern Conference foes tonight will be a tough task.
