The Los Angeles Lakers will travel to the Carolinas tonight as they take on the Charlotte Hornets. The Lakers are coming off of a loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

ESPN.com reports the following regarding the Lakers for tonights game:

“The Lakers (16-42), who allow an NBA-high 106.1 points per game, lost 108-101 at home Sunday to Oklahoma City, which was without Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant. They held Oklahoma City to 41.2 percent shooting but surrendered a combined 32 points to D.J. Augustin and Jeremy Lamb.

“We fought hard and still made a push at it, but just came up short,” said Wayne Ellington, who scored 12. “They didn’t have K.D. and they didn’t have Russ, so it was time for other guys to step up for them.”

Let’s see what the Lakers can bring to the game!

The Charlotte Hornets and their recently added Mo Williams will be a big asset to the team as they are still without Kemba Walker. ESPN.com reports the following:

“After dropping their first two with Williams, the Hornets have won two of three and seem to playing more cohesively.

“I certainly didn’t expect him to score like this so consistently,” coach Steve Clifford said. “I thought he would play smart … and he’s very verbal, good with his teammates. But he’s been so efficient offensively.”

Let’s see if the Lakers can bring home a win tonight!
