Los Angeles Lakers Vs. Boston Celtics Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: December 5, 2014
The Los Angeles Lakers will end their three game road trip tonight in Boston as they take on the Celtics. On Wednesday night the Lakers were unable to beat the Wizards as they fell 111-95.
When the Lakers took on Washington it was the second night of a back to back, and the Lakers seemed to just run out of gas. Kobe Bryant talked to ESPN.com about the game.
“It’s probably a combination of both (playing) a young, fast team and us coming off a back-to-back,” Bryant said. “You saw a lot of our shots going short right there at the lip of the rim. We had some great opportunities. We just weren’t able to capitalize.”
It will be interesting to see how the Lakers respond after having the day off on Thursday. One thing is for sure, Kobe Bryant and Rajon Rondo had breakfast together yesterday morning.

While the Lakers and Celtics have one of the most storied rivalries in sports history, both teams are in a rebuilding process. The Lakers, (5-14) have had a tough start to the 2014-2015 season. The Celtics, (5-11) have not started out much better either.
Although this game doesn’t have the same flare due to the lack of rosters on both sides, it’s always a good time when you meet up with your rival.
