Los Angeles Kings Shutout Arizona Coyotes, Win 4-0

Los Angeles Kings shutout the Coyotes tonight 4-0. The Kings were coming off a shutout victory against the Bruins last time out and looked to match the performance.

Dustin Brown had a big night for the reigning Stanley Cup Champions. He scored two goals and had an assist. Goalkeeper Martin Jones had 26 saves as the Kings cruised to another victory.

Alec Martinez seems to be playing well after the contract extension. He had a goal and assist as well tonight. For the Coyotes tonight’s loss is just one of many. They have lost six straight home games, something the fans hate to see.

Arizona goalkeeper Mike Smith had no answers for Los Angeles. He was eventually pulled from the net for David Dubnyk.

Tonight’s win makes it two in a row for Los Angeles. They will look to keep the momentum up as they take on the Philadelphia Flyers at home on Saturday. Los Angeles continues to have a strong run so far and will need to keep this up to secure a playoff position.
