Los Angeles Dodgers Activate Carlos Frias

LOS ANGELES, Ca- According to J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles News Group, the Los Angeles Dodgers have activated Carlos Frias off the 60-day disabled list.
With Latos off the roster, Carlos Frias has been reinstated from the 60-day disabled list. He’ll go to the bullpen.

Frias dealt with back issues that keep him out for an extended period of time. The Los Angeles Dodgers reported the news on their official Twitter account.
The Dodgers have reinstated Carlos Frias from the 60-day disabled list and designated Mat Latos for assignment.

Frias will most likely pitch out of the bullpen down the stretch as the Dodgers look to lock up the NL West crown. Los Angeles has done a great job developing players in their minor league system to use at the big league level.
