Los Angeles Clippers Vs. Indiana Pacers Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: December 10, 2014
The Los Angeles Clippers will travel to Indiana to take on the Pacers tonight. When the Clippers started their last rode trip they were playing average basketball and head Doc Rivers stated that the trip would be good for them. This time around the Clippers are one of the hottest teams in the NBA as they have now won 8 in a row with the their most recent win, an overtime victory over the Suns.
Before Monday night’s overtime thriller, the Clippers had been blowing out teams with ease. Rivers told ESPN.com that the Sun’s victory was better than any other win since the Clippers could have easily loss that game.
“As far as wins, this was better than (the rest of the streak) because this was one we clearly could have lost,” said coach Doc Rivers, who felt his team — particularly Chris Paul — tired toward the end.
Blake Griffin hit a three pointer at the buzzer to beat the Suns in which received generous bounce.
The Clippers will begin a quick three game road trip with the struggling Indiana Pacers. The Pacers have lost their last 5 in a row and are struggling to make shots.
It will be a tough task for the Pacers as they will need to find a way to slow down Griffin who is coming off a 45 point performance. The Pacers are of course without star player and leader Paul George, and they are having a tough time adjusting.
The Clippers should be able to handle tonight’s opponents as Pacers are not playing their best basketball by any stretch of the imagination.
