Los Angeles Clippers Vs. Brooklyn Nets Start Time, Preview, TV
- Updated: February 2, 2015
The Los Angeles Clippers will continue their road trip tonight as they take on the Brooklyn Nets tonight. On Saturday night the Clippers handled the Spurs 105-85 and they hope they can carry that momentum into tonight’s game.
These two teams met a few weeks ago in a game that the Nets have tried to forget about. It was an embarrassing defeat as the Clippers beat the Nets 123-84.
In the Clippers most recent win All-Star’s Blake Griffin and Chris Paul shinned. Griffin had 31 points and 13 rebounds while Paul added 20 points of his own. Griffin spoke to the Clippers official team website after the win.
We take care of business (Friday) and play the way we did (Saturday), we sit on this trip 3-0 going to Brooklyn,” Griffin, who is shooting 55.2 percent over his last five road games, told the team’s official website. “It’s the halfway point and we’ve got a good chance to really set the pace for this trip. It’s frustrating, angry, whatever it was, but at the same time, it’s great we came out and got this game.”
Griffin and squad should be able to take care of business tonight and handle the fair inferior Nets. Brooklyn is the midst of a four game losing streak. They have won just two of their last eight games.
