Los Angeles Clippers Take On Red Hot Pacers At Staples

@HoopsRumors

The Los Angeles Clippers will take on Paul George and the red hot Indiana Pacers at the Staples Center on Wednesday night.

George is back to his old ways after the injury a few summers ago and has the Pacers up with the leaders in East with a 11-5 record. Indy comes into this game on a five game winning streak, winning 11 of their last 13 games.

For the Clippers they come into this game on a winning streak of their own. They have won three in a row and four out of their last five. As of this writing Chris Paul is questionable for tonight’s game.

Paul is dealing with a rib injury that forced to him to leave Monday’s game against the Trail Blazers. If he is unable to play Austin Rivers will most likely get the start at the point guard spot.

George is the unquestioned leader on this Pacers team. He is averaging 27.2 points per game so far this year. C.J. Miles, George Hill, and Monta Ellis are all averaging double digits at 15.4, 13.2, and 12.8.

The Clippers will need to use Blake Griffin in the post tonight. Larry Bird has moved George into the power forward spot so Griffin must use his size and strength to get George in foul trouble.

Let’s get this win Clippers!
