The Los Angeles Clippers lost tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers on the road. The game ended 105-94.

It was definitely a game full of struggles for the Clippers. The Cavs took the lead early in the first after LeBron James found Kevin Love as he connected for three. And shortly after a LA timeout, the Cavs’ Mozgov dunked on a fast break.

Some joked that the solution to the Clippers defense issues were Jamal Crawford………….his scoring that is. His efforts weren’t enough as the first quarter ended 30-20 in the Cavs favor.

Doc Rivers expressed his frustration:

The second quarter didn’t go much better. They were completely dominated by the Cavaliers and LeBron’s team were up 65-42 at halftime. James led with 15 points and 8 assists.

The second half was off to a rough start for the Clippers too. They came out and racked up quite a few technicals; a second for Matt Barnes led to an ejection. Meanwhile the Cavaliers were up by 24, with the score at 77-53.

Austin Rivers couldn’t keep up with the on-fire-Cavs. But on the bright side, Spencer Hawes ended the game with 11 points.

Blake Griffin led the team in scoring with 16 points and 8 rebounds, Jamal Crawford was close behind with 13 points.

For the Cavs, Kevin Love put up 24 points and 9 rebounds, while LeBron had 23 points, 2 rebounds and 9 assists.

The Clippers ended the game losing 105-94. They will take on the Toronto Raptors tomorrow night on the road!
