Lonzo Ball Signs Rookie Contract With Lakers

According to Shams Charania of the Vertical, the Los Angeles Lakers have signed Lonzo Ball to his four-year rookie contract with the club.
No. 2 overall pick Lonzo Ball will sign his four-year rookie contract with the Los Angeles Lakers today, league sources tell The Vertical.

Ball is expected to lead this next era of Laker basketball. Magic Johnson has already called Ball the face of the franchise and will have a lot to prove for the Lakers next season.
The Chino Hills and UCLA product will make his summer league debut on Friday night in Las Vegas against the Los Angeles Clippers. Los Angeles is looking to finalize their roster for next season and have been in advance discussions with free agent point guard George Hill to pair with Ball.
