Lonzo Ball Ruled Out Christmas Day Vs. Timberwolves

According to Mike Trudell of Lakers.com, Los Angeles Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball will not play today against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to a shoulder sprain.
An MRI on Lonzo Ball’s left shoulder revealed a “shoulder sprain,” per the Lakers. Ball will miss tomorrow’s game against Minnesota and be reevaluated in one week. He suffered the injury in the 2nd Q of Saturday’s game vs. Portland.

Lonzo Ball had an MRI on his left shoulder which revealed a sprain. He is OUT for Christmas Day game, will be re-evaluated in one week.

With Ball out tonight Los Angeles will turn to Jordan Clarkson, Tyler Ennis, and Alex Caruso to assume the point guard duties. They will have a tough time on their hands going up against Jeff Teague and the Minnesota offense.
