Lindholm Lifts Ducks Over Oilers In OT

Hampus Lindholm scored 1:21 into overtime as the Anaheim Ducks beat the Edmonton Oilers 5-4 on Sunday night.
In the second period, Connor McDavid got things started with a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. Josh Manson answered back with a slap shot goal that was assisted by Andrew Cogliano and Ryan Kesler.
Ty Rattie scored a snapshot goal that was assisted by Matthew Benning and McDavid. Leon Draisatil capped off the third period with a slap shot goal that was assisted by Ethan Bear and Jujhar Khaira.
In the third period, Anaheim made a fierce comeback. Adam Henrique scored a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Marcus Pettersson and Corey Perry.
Perry scored a backhanded goal that was assisted by Cam Fowler and Rickard Rakell.
Bear scored a wrist shot goal that was assisted by McDavid and Andrej Sekera. Henrique answered back with a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Brandon Montour and Fowler.
Lindholm ended the night with a wrist shot goal that was assisted by Rakell and Ryan Getzlaf.
Anaheim will take on Vancouver Canucks on Fox Sports West at 7:00 p.m. PST.
