Frank is a former head coach of the New Jersey Nets back in 2004-2010. He then was an assistant with Doc Rivers in Boston with the Celtics.
Frank got another head coaching job with the Detroit Pistons for two seasons. When Jason Kidd was named the head coach with the Brooklyn Nets he brought Frank with him. Frank and Kidd had their fair share of issues which led to Frank leaving the Nets and joining the Clippers with Rivers again.
