It is no secret that Nance Jr. has been struggling with some soreness in his knee. Nance missed the six games prior to the All-Star break and forced to end his night early against the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this week.
Mike Trudell of Lakers.com reported some news on the injury.
Injury update: Larry Nance Jr. will not return due to a sore right knee. That’s the injury that kept him out prior to the All-Star break.

Nance has showed some signs of being a productive player in the league. If indeed he needs to be shut down the Lakers will most likely proceed on the side of caution and rest the rookie.
