Lakers Take On Sacramento Kings 10/30 Preview

The Los Angeles Lakers (0-1) travel to Sacramento to take on the Kings (0-1) in a battle Western Conference battle tonight.

For the Lakers they are coming off a one point loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves on opening night.  Los Angeles blew a lead thanks to Ricky Rubio and his heroics. He had a career night and the Lakers had no answers for the Spaniard.

Kobe Bryant made his highly anticipated return to the court and struggled. At time Bryant looked great but he fell in love with the 3-pointer and went to 3/13 from behind the arc.

DeMarcus Cousins and the Kings took on the Clippers in their home opener. They were down big and clawed their way back to 7 point loss. Check out the recap from that game here.

Ironically Cousins who called himself the third splash brother went 4/5 from behind the arc.

D’Angelo Russell was very quite in his NBA debut. He scored just 4 points to go along with 3 rebounds and 2 assists. Julius Randle showed promise however as he totaled 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Rajon Rondo made his debut with the Kings and struggled. He scored just 4 points on 2/8 shooting. The guard was widely regarded as an option for the Lakers this summer before the Lakers drafted Russell.

The Lakers look for their first win of the season at the Sleep Train Arena.
