Lakers Send The Rockets Home, 119-96.

In the last two games of this series between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Houston Rockets, the Lakers showed why they are the team to beat in the West. After a 119-96 beat down of the Rockets, the Lakers will move on to the Western Conference Finals.

At this time, the Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Clippers are tied in their semi-finals series at three games each.

With the move of Markeef Morris and Javale McGee, the Lakers looked more dominant in both scoring and their defensive play. James Harden and Russell Westbrook looked frustrated and confused after game one that the Rockets won. Another disappointing season for the Rockets has come to an end as the Lakers came out on fire and never eased off the gas while getting big contributions for everyone who played in the series.

LeBron James led the Lakers in scoring in the final game with 29 points while picking up his 163 wins in his post-season career. Talen Horton-Taylor, the rookie from Iowa State made his debut in game four of the series and the team was very impressed with his time on the floor.

The Lakers will now have a few days off as they will prepare for the winner of the Clippers and Nuggets series.
