Lakers Seeking Second Round Pick For Nick Young?

@OurSportshow

According to Marc Stein of ESPN.com, the Los Angeles Lakers are seeking a second round pick for guard Nick Young.

Young has had a resurgent season under rookie head coach Luke Walton. With Johnson taking over the basketball operations for the Lakers this week it is only a matter of time before he starts clearing out some of the roster.

The Lakers have already traded their top scorer in Lou Williams to the Houston Rockets in exchange for a first round pick and Corey Brewer. Young is a former first round pick of the Washington Wizards back in the 2007 NBA Draft.

He has spent time with the Wizards, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, and Lakers throughout his career. This season he is averaging 13.8 points per game while shooting 41% from behind the arch.

As more information surfaces on the Lakers and their trade deadline rumors we will keep you up to date.
