Lakers Return Home Take On Milwaukee Bucks
- Updated: December 15, 2015
The Los Angeles Lakers will return home tonight when they take on the Milwaukee Bucks at the Staples Center. Milwaukee is coming off the biggest win of the year as they ended the Golden State Warriors historic streak. The Lakers on the other hand are on the other side of the coin facing another long losing streak.
Milwaukee showed the world the team they could be when the beat the Stephen Curry lead Warriors. Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a triple-double in that victory. The Greek Freak has a unique combination of size and length that gives him the advantage over his peers.
The Bucks like the Lakers have made changes to their starting lineup. They have O.J. Mayo in the starting lineup instead of former rookie of the year Michael Carter-Williams. Los Angeles has done the same thing with D’Angelo Russell and Julius Randle coming off the bench now.
Milwaukee has a balanced attack on the offensive end. Greg Monroe is leading the club averaging 16.2 points per game. The Greek Freak is at 15.7, while Kris Middleton is right around 14.3.
Jordan Clarkson is expected to make his return to the lineup after missing some time with an ankle injury.
