Lakers Look For First Win Against Nuggets

The Los Angeles Lakers look for their first win of the season as they take on the Denver Nuggets at the Staples Center tonight.

Kobe Bryant has struggled to say it in the nicest way. Bryant is shooting just 32% from the field and has connected on just 6 of his 29 three point attempts so far this season. Bryant has been very critical of himself saying he is the 200th best player in the NBA at this point.

According to the Lakers official Twitter account, Bryant was given the day off yesterday.

Julius Randle has been a bright spot for the Lakers thus far. Even though the Lakers couldn’t get the job done in their loss to the Dallas Mavericks, Randle scored 22 points and 15 rebounds.

The Nuggets have had their Lakers number as of late. They have won 9 out of the last 10 meetings. While the Nuggets are coming off of a loss to the Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder Danilo Gallinari lead the way with 15 points.

Emmanuel Mudiay is what the Nuggets will be building around over the next few years. He is a guard with a lot of promise and many experts are excited about this prospect.

It will be great to see D’Angelo Russell and Mudiay square off. Get ready Laker fans this should be a good game.
