Lakers Host Defending Champion Warriors

The Los Angeles Lakers will play host to the defending champion Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night at Staples Center. Draymond Green has strung together a triple-double streak that the Lakers will need to be weary of.
Golden State comes into the game with a 32-2 record while the Lakers are 8-27. Los Angeles is on a three game winning streak.
Leonardo Barbosa is dealing with a shoulder injury and is expected to out tonight and not return to the lineup until next week.
Festus Ezeli did not play on Monday but is available. He had missed the previous four games due to a toe injury. Harrison Barnes made a return to the lineup on Monday after missing 16 games with a ankle injury. He scored 8 points in his return.
D’Angelo Russell missed practice yesterday due to an illness and is listed as questionable. Kobe Bryant is dealing with a shoulder injury an is listed as questionable for tonight’s game as well.
The Warriors are led by Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. Curry is averaging 29.7 points per game while Thompson is averaging 20.4. The Splash brothers are the most deadly backcourt in the NBA.
