Lakers Fall To Celtics 107-96

The Los Angeles Lakers traveled to Boston to take on their rival Celtics and fell 107-96. With the win, the Celtics have won 10 in a row since losing their first two games of the year.

Brandon Ingram and Jordan Clarkson led the Lakers in scoring. Ingram had 18 points and 7 rebounds while Clarkson added in 18 points off the bench. Julius Randle added a double-double off the bench with 16 points and 12 rebounds.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope added 12 points and Kyle Kuzma and Brook Lopez scored 10 points apiece. Lonzo Ball had 9 points, 6 assists, and 5 rebounds.

For Boston Aron Baynes scored a career-high 21 points. Kyrie Irving poured in 19 points with 5 assists and 6 rebounds. Marcus Morris added 18, and Terry Rozier had 14 points and 8 rebounds.

Both teams struggled to connect from 3 last night but the main issue was the Lakers turnovers. Los Angeles committed 21 turnovers and 30 fouls that were the difference in the game. Los Angeles will take on the Washington Wizards tonight at the Verizon Center.
