Game Preview: LA Kings vs. Boston Bruins
- Updated: March 19, 2016
The LA Kings will take on the Boston Bruins at the Staples Center tonight. Los Angeles is coming off a strong victory over the New York Rangers on Thursday night.
Boston Bruins come into the game after a 4-0 loss to the Anaheim Ducks last night. Their goalie, Jonas Gustavsson made 22 saves, resulting in a probably start for goalie Tuukka Rask. The Bruins are looking for their first win on their road trip. The team lost to the San Jose Sharks on Thursday.
Kings coach Darryl Sutter, feels the team still has room for improvement.
“I think that maybe as a group we are, but I think that we have guys that have to raise their games substantially for us to go to another level there.”
Sutter also told the media that defenseman Matt Greene (shoulder) and forward Marian Gaborik (knee) won’t play again during the regular season, but Gaborik is close to skating again.
The game starts at 7:30 p.m. PST. You can watch it on: NESN, FS-W, NHL.TV
