LA Kings Take On Islanders at Barclays Center

The LA Kings will take on the New York Islanders at the Barclays Center on Thursday. Barclays is one of the newer arena’s in sports and Los Angeles comes into tonight with spirits high.
The Islanders sit at a record of 28-18-6, while the Kings are 32-17-3 on the campaign. Los Angeles is coming off an impressive 9-2 win on Tuesday night.
Los Angeles will come into this game with a bit of a roster shakeup. They placed Christian Ehrhoff on waivers yesterday and are expected to call up Kevin Gravel from the AHL.
Jonathan Quick also missed practice yesterday due to a lower body injury. For the Islanders Arthur Staple of Newsday reported that Thomas Greiss will be in goal tonight for Islanders.

New York is led by Kyle Okposo and John Tavares. Okposo has 42 points on the season, 15 goals and 27 assists. Tarves has 41 points on the year, 19 goals and 22 assists.
