LA Kings Sign Zach Trotman

According to Jon Rosen of lakingsinsider.com the Los Angeles Kings have signed free agent defensemen Zach Trotman to a one-year deal worth 650,000 dollars.

Trotman is a former 7th round pick of the Boston Bruins in the 2010 NHL Draft. He has spent his entire three-year career with the Bruins.
Last season with the club he played in 38 games totaling 7 points. He scored 5 goals and made 2 assists. Trotman also played a career high in average time on ice of 18:33.
At just 25-years old Trotman still has time to improve and will most likely be in a bottom-pairing role. As more information surfaces on the Kings and their offseason news we will keep you up to date.
