Kyle Kubitza To Play Second Base?

ANAHEIM, Ca- According to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register Los Angeles Angels infielder Kyle Kubitza will take some reps at second base in attempt to see if he can play that position next season.

Kubitza was recalled to the senior circuit yesterday Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reported.

Kubitza is primarily a third baseman but the extra work at second base might be able to help him find more playing time next season. Alden Gonalez of MLB.com reported his thoughts on the matter.
