Kyle Clifford Conditioning In AHL

According to Lisa Dillman of the Los Angeles Times, the Los Angeles Kings have assigned Kyle Clifford to the AHL Ontario Reign for a conditioning stint.

Clifford is a former second round pick of the Kings in the 2009 NHL draft. He has spent his entire career with the Kings.
This year he has played in just 26 games this season. The news of Clifford conditioning in Ontario is positive news as he has been out since December 6th.
At this time we are not sure how long it will be before Clifford can return to the lineup but it looks like he is nearing a return. As more information surfaces on Clifford and injury we will continue to keep you up to date.
