Kings Take On Sharks In San Jose

The Los Angeles Kings will take on the San Jose Sharks in San Jose on Saturday night. Los Angeles comes into tonight winners of two in a row and will look to build on that momentum.
For San Jose, they have lost two of their last three games but beat the Vancouver Canucks 5-4 in overtime on Thursday night. This is game two of the club’s three-game homestand.
San Jose will get a boost with the return of Paul Martin to the lineup. He has spent the past two weeks in the AHL on a conditioning stint. Kevin Jirz of The Atheltic Bay Area reported the news.
Paul Martin has returned to the Sharks from his conditioning assignment. Doubt he plays tonight though, as he didn’t take the morning skate. DeBoer said this morning he had the flu.

The Kings have recalled Jack Campbell. Jon Rosen of Fox Sports West reported the news.

Los Angeles currently holds an eight-point advantage on the Sharks in the standings and will look to push that margin even further with a victory.
