Kings Place Devin Setoguchi On Waivers

@Boltsrays1

According to Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet, the Los Angeles Kings have placed veteran winger Devin Setoguchi on waivers.

David Pagnotta also reported the news.

Setoguchi is a former first round pick of the San Jose Sharks back in the 2005 NHL Draft. He has spent time with the Sharks, Minnesota Wild, Winnipeg Jets, and Calgary Flames throughout his career.

Setoguchi scored 31 goals for the Sharks back in the 2008-2009 season but has struggled with injuries and off the ice issues throughout his career. This season with the Kings Setoguchi has played in 45 games and recorded 12 points, 4 goals and 8 assists.

Los Angeles will host the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday night at the Staples Center. The seven day rest should do the Kings wonders as they look to work their way up the standings.
