Jason Verrett Will Play Sunday

According to Michael Gehlken of the San Diego Union Tribune, San Diego Chargers corner Jason Verrett will play on Sunday after missing practice yesterday.
CB Jason Verrett (calf), DE Joey Bosa (hamstring) did not practice today. Mike McCoy on Verrett: “Sunday at 1:25, he’ll be out there.”

Gehlken reported that Verrett was limited in practice on Wednesday.

Verrett is a former first round pick of the Chargers back in 2014. The 25-year-old recorded 3 interceptions and a touchdown last season.
Verrett had a interception in Week 1’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. San Diego will look to bounce back to against the Jacksonville Jaguars this weekend at home.
Fans can watch the game on CBS at 1:25 p.m. PST. Jacksonville is coming off tough loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 1 27-23.
